One consideration that tends to get overlooked by inexperienced wedding planners rests with facility access, chiefly in making sure every guest has access to the restroom at any given point during the event. To meet this particular challenge, a restroom rental can be a great asset.

With few exceptions, most wedding venues must be able to provide facility access for every potential guest to easily make use of during the ceremony and reception. And by easily, we mean within walking distance. But depending on the size of the guest list, the on-site facilities could present unwanted challenges, such as easy access during the ceremony and being adequately stocked to handle every guest.
If the venue in question offers an outdoor terrace for the ceremony, guests may have to run inside to use the facilities and potentially miss the exchange of vows. Or if the indoor facilities suffer a malfunction or have to be closed due to unexpected damage and repair, the loss of facility access can hamper the guest experience.
But even if these challenges don’t occur, a portable restroom bring peace of mind to the wedding planners while providing a clean and efficient facility for everyone.
Endless Venue Applications
Restroom rentals already get used for outdoor concerts and sports events, which may lead to the belief they can only be used for large events. But that would be incorrect; even small weddings can make use of a portable restroom.
Suppose the wedding will take place at someone’s house with the ceremony and reception taking place in the backyard or on an outdoor terrace, and suppose the house’s owner wants to keep indoor activity limited to the first floor. That would mean the guests might, depending on the size of the house, only have access to a single bathroom for the length of the event. A portable restroom would ensure the guests still have access to the facilities while also minimizing the effects to the property.
Conversely, large event venues like hotels and ballrooms can have their on-site facilities augmented so that no one misses a thing during the ceremony and can spend more time at the reception instead of hunting for the restrooms.
